Sarce now provides Automatic receipt checking, a new service for businesses that wish to outsource a demanding part of expense report management: scanning and data-entering receipts, as well as automatically checking said receipts against the amounts entered by each individual employee in the Expense Report. Even when a simple process has to be designed, if it is done manually, mistakes may be made and therefore, a lengthy period of time may elapse before the process is completed correctly. However, thanks to the workflow’s graphic interface, users can see all of the elements that make up the process, at the same time: activities, states, roles and users. This results in the process’s simplification and swift completion.
